We live in Alabama and have a renter's policy which covers our instruments to include a vintage Gibson mandolin, Alvarez acoustic bass guitar and a couple of others. If the house burns down or an instrument is stolen, insurance pays to replace the mandolin.. Heritage instrument insurance
